We love this hotel and would only stay here when in Verona. The location is fantastic and the sense of history wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive with a particular word for our old friend Franco; don't let him retire! The roof terrace was fantastic and is much better since you provided covers to protect it from the heat.

Every aspect of our holiday, from check-in/out, breakfast, restaurant menu and location were exceptional. The staff were pleasant and helpful, with nothing being a bother.

All the staff were very friendly, helpful & professional. The hotel had a lovely rooftop terrace bar. Hotel ideally located in the historic centre which made sightseeing much more bearable in the extreme heat.All areas of the hotel very clean. Lovely unexpected surprise of a cake on my birthday...excellent personal touch
